Hi Everyone!
Happy Hump Day! I hope all of you have had a great summer and have some wonderful plans for Labor Day this coming weekend! I am looking forward to my clients', Emily and Mike's, wedding on Saturday and then an early morning meeting with a potential new bride on Sunday before I totally unplug for 2 days and head down to my family’s beach house in Rockport, MA. I am literally going to unplug – I’ve told John that he is taking my phone hostage the minute we arrive and not giving it back until we head home on Monday. I have a really bad habit of mindlessly scrolling Instagram and I always feel the need to respond to emails right away. I want to be fully present and in the moment so I am putting my out of office on and enjoying these last few precious summer days in a cell phone free zone! Plus, Rockport is truly my happy place. It's literally the most picture-perfect, quintessential New England beach town. The main street is filled with boutique shops and galleries, small restaurants with the freshest seafood imaginable and just natural beauty everywhere. I love and treasure the time I get to spend here and can't wait for this weekend!
